By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 1. Who may use the App You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services, whichever is higher. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial reading. You may not scrape, copy, or resell our content in bulk. 2. The service we provide Raba Tech offers technology news, features, images, and related information. Content is provided for general information only and is not professional advice. We may add, edit, delay, or remove stories, categories, images, or features at any time without notice. 3. License to use the App We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely to access Raba Tech content for personal use. 4. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. 9. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RABA TECH AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH IS ZERO IF THE APP IS FREE). 10. Changes and termination We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted in the App and at https://appapi.nasirajobs.com/terms/raba-tech. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
